ANDREA WEBER
Andrea Weber is a director, choreographer, and teacher working professionally in the SF Bay Area.
Fight direction credits include Bat Boy! , Macbeth, Romeo and Juliet, Angel Face, An Affair of Honor and scenes from West Side Story, F.O.B., Fences, and A Midsummer Night’s Dream. She is also a director and choreographer and has worked professionally in the Bay Area with The Shotgun Players and Word 4 Word theater companies, among others.
A certified associate instructor with Dueling Arts International since 2006, Ms. Weber teaches beginning levels of quarterstaff, broadsword, rapier and dagger, single rapier, small sword, and unarmed. In addition to stage combat, her movement training includes Chinese martial arts, modern dance, Laban, yoga and ballet.
Ms. Weber’s teaching credits include 7 years as an adjunct professor at Contra Costa College and Diablo Valley College and 2 years at College of Marin. Areas of instruction include acting, period movement, stage combat, and movement for actors.
